ComforLid is desigend by Constantia Flexibles with a double layer film composed of one aluminium layer and a coextrusion plastic layer. This is a perfec product for consumer to peel off the aluminium layer but keep the plastic layer stays on the cut. It not only can be used for yougurt lidding film but also can used for PP cups or HDPE bottles.

How to get comfor lid by laser ?

(1)This design firstly has requirements for materials, the top should be cleanly peeled. If the glue is not good, it will remian some glue on it . That's not good .

(2)This design has to use laser scoring technoly, this is the only technoloy which is perfectly can be controlled for its scoring/scribing depth . With laser technology, that means there is and infinite number of different shapes can be scored/scribed.
