For example, micro-cutting a high-strength film layer can form an easy-to-open structure, because the cutting is small, it does not affect the appearance of the package.

Although the plastic film mechanical scratching or mechanical punching method is very fast and quite simple, neither of these two methods can cut different film layers. The result of mechanical scratches or mechanical punching is:

① If the depth of the scratch is too small, even the mechanically formed layer of the film is not completely scratched.

② If the scratch depth is too large, both the light blocking layer and the water vapor blocking layer will be destroyed.
