Laser die-cutting of RFID electronic label

Although we use a self-adhesive structure to make our antenna, our surface material is metal aluminum or copper. Metal is more prone to loss of knife molds. For non-metallic materials, etching molds can generally be die-cut 200,000 times. For metals, it must be repaired or discarded after about 20,000 times. Laser die cutting can directly import the pattern into the system.


The RFID label pattern is relatively fine and complex, and the spacing is relatively small, and the line width is generally about 1mm. The traditional die-cutting knife adjustment is very troublesome, and the laser die-cutting can reach 0.05 mm through the visual die-cutting accuracy. The traditional die-cutting is to choose a high-precision etching knife or an engraving mold. 


With the development and progress of die-cutting technology and laser technology, combining the two and using lasers to replace traditional die-cutting die has obvious advantages. The laser die cutting machine is fully automatic laser cutting, with no vibration deviation, high precision and stability. There is no need to make a knife mold, and the computer directly controls the laser for cutting, and is not limited by the complexity of the graphics, and can cut the cutting needs that cannot be completed by the traditional knife mold.
