Why need micro holes abrasives disc?

10mm diameter holes abrasives discs is better performance than no holes disc, but it is not 100% effective which will need workers remove the slugs by hand.And the dust is only extracted in the area around the holes and not the entire disc surface.In addition, alignment of the grinding disc holes with the dust extraction on the back-up pad is critical, and any misalignment by the operator can adversely affect dust extraction efficiency.

Micro holes abrasive disc cutted by CO2 laser machine makes the dust extraction rate improved and also can improve the cut performance and make disc longer lifespan.

The dust-extraction rate is more 90% effective than the 10mm diameter holes disc, which can reduce surface contamination and reduce the deformation of the sand disc.

Why deformation of abrasives disc is not acceptable?
