Laser scoring is their basic requirement, but they need both web scoring and cross web scoring for film width 1000mm and stock roll diameter 1000mm.

Here let’s introduce you simply for web scoring and cross web scoring.

Web Scoring, which is make laser scoring easy open lines with the roller direction, this is quite easy and simple to design . Generally, the laser head quantity will based on how many lines you need. Eg. 2 laser heads will need for below picture.

Cross Web Scoring, galvo laser head is generally used . As for how many laser heads may need, it will based on your film width. The galvo working area should cover fully your film width to get one line. The wider of your film , the more laser heads should be used and more expensive.

Step Two : Machine Idea

Based on customers’ requirement and our experience, we will have an idea of machine design and its estimated cost . Technical details will offer with quotation and if acceptable , we will come to an agreement.

Step Three: Machine Drawing Design

Once agreement is confirmed and paid, we will arrange the machine design will all details. It will cost 1-2 months as every parts is tailored even a screw.

Step Four: Machine Come Out

Drawing and details confirmed, the machine parts will be made with more than 1 month , your machine is coming out.
