How to choose the proper one ?

It will based on your main applications. Both CNC laser and galvanometer laser can be used for scoring and microperforation. But they are used for different drawings.

If you need one row of perforation holes, and fast speed. CNC is better. Below is a picture to show its applications:

What’s the galvanometer can do for roll stocks ? Take a reference from below picture & most of its applications can be multifunctional into one standalone machine.




But not all functions can be made into one machine, as the galvanometer have to work with a lens to get an working area.

 Generally, we will choose suitable laser power and working area based on functions. That’s why we ask your film width and applications at first,those information are helpful to get idea of the machine design.

For eg. , if you need cross web scoring and micro-perforation of 50microns for film width 1200mm, it may difficult or even it is ok but need many laser heads and quite expensive.
