This easy-to-open design is emphasized with a graphic. The image of a ceramic dish can be peeled back, giving the illusion that you aren't actually eating out of a potato chip bag. How to make an easy open peel & researl packaging ?

Laminated film is usually required with at least 2 or 3 layers. The upper and lower layers are scored into shapes of different sizes by laser to achieve the effect of fitting. The difficulty of this design for packaging converters is that the glue used for the laminated film needs to be peeled off multiple times in a clean and repeatable way.
