Laser perforation is a non-contact process that uses a high-energy beam to create micro holes by melting or vaporizing material.
Unlike mechanical punching:
✔ No physical contact
✔ No deformation
✔ Much higher precision

Typical capabilities:
• Spot size: 0.05–0.2 mm
• Accuracy: up to ±0.02 mm
• Thousands of holes per minute
This is why it’s widely used in:
Flexible packaging (MAP)
Medical breathable films
Technical materials
If you're still using needle or mechanical perforation, it might be time to rethink your process.
