Laser marking technology will simplify the recycling process of flexible polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE) packaging films.
PE materials used for flexible packaging are already well-accepted as an environmentally favorable packaging material. It is lightweight and versatile and ,compared to other packaging, they can support light weighting. It describes a recyclable pouch made of transparent or translucent, unpigmented , mono-material LDPE or LLDPE. This design is applied by laser marking, fits perfectly . Unlike ink printing, as thre is no ink involved, there can be less migration and less contamination during the recycling process. This technology is focused on eliminating the printing ink used for tracking, shelf-life, bar codes and other information that must be placed on almost any package on the market, promoting to reduce contamination during recycling.
